Psychological THERAPY

At Into Minds we offer psychological therapy and intervention. Psychological therapy can support you to understand emotional and behavioural responses, and integrate daily techniques and tools. At Into Minds we offer psychological intervention and therapy to support in the areas of:
  • Anxiety and Depression

  • Behavioural Problems and Social Difficulties

  • Parenting Support

  • Stress Management

  • Conflict Resolution

We also offer therapy to assist following a diagnosis of:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder

  • Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder

  • Intellectual Disability

  • Specific Learning Disorder

We provide psychological treatment under the Australian Government’s Better Access to Mental Health Care initiative. As such, you may be able to access medicare rebates, if you are eligible for a Mental Health Treatment Plan from your General Practitioner.

We offer services under Mental Health Care Plans for up to 20 rebateable sessions per calendar year and Chronic Disease Management Plans for up to 5 rebateable sessions per calendar year.

Please note you do not require a GP referral to attend, it is completely optional to aid in costs. We are happy to discuss this further with you in your initial session.
